How we use your data

We use your information to create your account, run scans, save records, personalize the product, improve app performance, support account deletion requests, and maintain app security.

Photos and camera access

If you grant camera or photo access, the app can capture or import photos of equipment, labels, tags, and visible defects for analysis. These images are used to generate your results and may be stored so your history and exports work correctly.

Notifications

If you enable notifications, we use that permission to send reminders related to scans, follow-ups, or other app activity. You can turn notifications off in the app or in iPhone Settings at any time.

Sharing and service providers

We may rely on infrastructure or AI providers to operate the service, such as authentication, storage, analytics, and image-processing tools. We only share data needed to deliver those features.

How long we keep data

We retain data for as long as your account is active or as needed to operate the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You can request deletion through the app when supported.

Your choices

You can review your account information inside the app, sign out, disable notifications, and delete your account using the controls made available to you.

Security
