These terms govern your use of Gauge AI. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to use it responsibly for field identification, documentation, and workflow support.

Operational support only

Gauge AI is designed to help teams identify equipment, capture field observations, and document visible issues faster. It does not replace site procedures, qualified inspectors, engineering review, or permit controls.

Eligibility

You must be allowed to use the app in your region and authorized by your employer or client where required. If you upload images from a site, you are responsible for having the right to capture and share them.

Your account

Keep your login credentials secure and accurate. You are responsible for activity that happens through your account and for making sure the information you provide is truthful.

Scans and records

You may upload photos of tags, nameplates, panels, equipment, visible defects, and related notes so the app can generate field-oriented summaries. Do not upload unlawful content or material that violates site rules or someone else’s privacy.

No engineering or safety guarantee

Results, insights, severity suggestions, and action steps are informational only. They are not a certification, inspection sign-off, or replacement for approved maintenance, safety, QA, or shutdown procedures.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, reverse engineer it, scrape it, upload unlawful content, or use the app to harass, impersonate, or harm other people.

Availability

We may update, improve, pause, or remove parts of the app from time to time. Features may change as we continue improving the product.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Gauge AI is provided as-is without guarantees that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or sufficient for every site condition or maintenance decision.
